Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for Mobility and Stability classes between 12:10pm and 12:50pm in the month of May at Cross Roads Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy

This class will include, but is not limited to:

  • Stability Exercises for low back and pelvis
  • Stability Exercises for neck and shoulder
  • Joint Mobility exercises to increase pain-free range of motion
  • Mat work to integrate breathing and movement

Benefits from taking part in our Mobility and Stability class include:

  • Decreased low back pain and stiffness
  • Decreased neck pain and stiffness
  • Increased postural awareness
  • Increased range of motion
  • Increase balance and coordination

Please bring loose fitting, comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Changing rooms are available.

Classes are free for CoV staff between May 11 to June 12.
