Mandy Lam, Registered Massage Therapist
Mandy is a graduate of the 3000-hour programme at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.
Mandy sees massage therapy as an important tool to restoring and helping to maintain optimum performance and health in the body. Her treatments involve a balance of therapeutic and relaxation techniques, incorporating deep tissue and Swedish massage, trigger point and myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, active stretch, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise. These techniques have shown to reduce neck, shoulder and low back pain, provide relief from tension headaches and aid with recovery from exercise induced muscle soreness, as well as multitude of other soft tissue issues. She enjoys working closely with her patients to develop a healthy lifestyle plan through education with an emphasis on body awareness.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Mandy has found ample time to travel, but always comes back to Vancouver. Outside of massage therapy, she enjoys dancing, walking, hiking, ice skating and snowboarding.
